- Assist to advise, design, and implement voice network/infrastructure for our white label and SDK solution
- Work with the R&D and Product Manager to insure design meets product specification and requirement.
- Documentation of test plan, develop and execute test scripts for all voice application release
- Support Work with Network Team, Developers, and Server Teams on Voice Application Diagnosis
- Develop the monitoring tools for Voice Service Quality
- Management of vendor
Understanding of some of the below subjects:
-Mobile Value Added services, voice over IP solutions, 3G/4G/WiFi technology, Unified ---Communications, Cloud Computing services, Big Data, OTTs and is savvy about picking up new technologies and solutions.
- Experience with various VoIP technologies ( SIP / H.323 / STUN / TURN / /ICE)
- Self-motivated, Strong technical and problem solving skills,
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
