Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst who have good knowledge in full SDLC and Agile framework for software development. You need skills to model software requirements to design, and understand how the design impacts implementation. You will also work closely with Agile Coach and Software Architect to ensure latest development practices enabling the quality and speed of software development.

A great System Analyst has a strong technical background, excellent IT skills, and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Agile coach and Scrum team to enhance Agile practices with target to improve quality, speed, and Agile mindset adoption.
  • Work with Software Architect and Scrum teams to adopt latest design and development methodologies
  • Facilitate trainings to Scrum teams to ensure the Practices are accepted and understood by the communities.
  • Plan, organize, acquire, support, monitor and evaluate development frameworks for Scrum teams
  • Organize and build communities of Practices to continue evolving frameworks
  • Evaluate and create tools and techniques that support development methodologies and best practices.
  • Audit Scrum teams to ensure consistency and make proposal for improvements
  • Leaders and change agent to drive innovation
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, Scrum teams for project delivery.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in software development technology and practice
  • Keep abreast of business domain’s strategy and latest industrial trends.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile and SDLC methodologies
  • Knowledge in current technology stacks such as Microservices, NoSQL, and MQ
  • Experience in software development and coding in various languages (node.js, Java, Swift)
  • knowledge of software design and design patterns
  • knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail
  • Good quality in leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering or relevant field
